We offer serveral support options, these include:

Service at our main office
You can bring your computer to our office to be serviced. All we need from you is your computer, no cables necessary (unless it is a laptop, then we will also need the power adapter). Hourly Fee of $75

Phone Support and Remote Assistance
Call our support line for answers to an issue.

If you have a high speed internet connection, we can remotely connect to your computer and fix a problem. This is epecially convenient if you live out of our regular service area.

(Billed at our in-house rate in 15 minute intervals)

Field Service or Service Calls
We also can provide support by coming to your home or business. Hourly Fee of $85 (1 hour minimum)

Contracted Service
We provide cost efficient contracted service for many businesses that require a certain amount of support every month. This includes all service types for a monthly fee.
